By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:

I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.

These terms may be updated at any time.

All communication and transactions will be conducted in English. Se você fala português, sinta-se livre para falar comigo em português.

Prices may vary depending on complexity, extra characters, or commercial use.

I only accept upfront payments. If you don't have the money with you right now, you can contact me so I can reserve a slot for you.

Accepted: PayPal, VGen, Ko-fi

Minor revisions are allowed during the sketch phase (e.g., pose, expression).

Once the final lineart or colors are approved, only small edits will be accepted.

Major changes after approval may require an additional fee.

Full refunds are only available if I haven’t started the commission.

Partial refunds may be available depending on how much progress has been made.

No refunds will be given after the final piece is delivered.

Please respond within 24 hours to keep the commission moving forward.

All updates will be provided through your preferred platform (e.g., email, Discord, Instagram).

Be clear and respectful during all interactions.

Commissions may take anywhere from a few days to several weeks depending on complexity and my queue.

If you have a deadline, you must mention it upfront.

Final artwork will be delivered digitally in high-resolution (PSD).

Paying the urgent fee, you will become the first on the line commission, and I will work on your drawing right away.

I don't work on sunday and monday, only for hard deadlines/urgent fees.

Please, don't ask for updates too often. I have a queue and a life!

You may use the commissioned artwork for personal use (e.g., icons, banners, printing for yourself).

Do not remove my signature or claim the artwork as your own.

Commercial use (e.g., merchandise, streaming assets, promotional material) must be discussed and will cost extra.

Is strictly prohibited to use my art for training AI. Please, respect me as an artist.

I retain full rights to the artwork, including the right to display it on my portfolio or social media.

The commissioner may not edit, sell, or redistribute the artwork without permission.

For full ownership or exclusivity, an extra fee will be charged.

If you plan on selling the model, please contact me before putting it to sell.
